  • Dr. Tom Basile serves the Lord in Puebla Mexico. New Life has supported him for over 30 years! He and his wife, Sandy, have 4 adult sons. Three are married and they have 3 grandchildren.

Pastor Basile has planted 13 churches with Mexican Pastors. He has trained over 500 church planters. Of that number about 100 are pastors. He takes teams of people from the States to go door-to-door to give excellent water filters - and the gospel. He now has a huge drilling rig to drill for clean water. Continue to pray for his work in Mexico. You can check the Missions Hub for his latest newsletter.

  • Our church is supporting a Messianic church in northern Israel. It is “The Way Congregation” in the city of Karmiel which is 18 miles from the Sea of Galilee. The Senior Pastor is Yossi Ovadia. He was born into an Orthodox Jewish family. He came to embrace Jesus and his Messiah when he was 23. The Congregation was established in 2003. They worship our Lord on the Sabbath – Saturday. He preaches in Hebrew with translations in English and Russian. He is married to Ronit and they have three sons.

Please pray for Pastor Yossi and the Congregation there, especially with the possibility of war with Hezbollah. You can check the Mission Hub for letters from Pastor Yossi.

  • There are many needs in India. Our missionary there, Pastor Suna, is doing something about those needs. A primary need is the many children who are stuck in poverty. Many have only one parent or are orphans. Through his passion to help them he partnered with New Life and started Shalom Children’s Development Center in 2002 with 20 children. Today there are 150 children being cared for daily.

Another need is to spread the Gospel in India. To that end he has shared the Gospel in many villages. He has faced severe persecution and has been in jail. He now oversees 27 church planters. He maintains contact with them and has training for them. All of these church planters are supported by New Life Community Church! You can see pictures of the church planters at the Missions Hub.

Pastor Suna is married to Elizabeth. They have two married sons and 3 grandchildren. Continue to pray for Pastor Suna and those serving the Lord in India.
