As parents please be aware of what your student wears/packs with them to camp. Help us make this week as fun, safe, and appropriate as it can be!
With that being said, here’s a general outline for what is/is not appropriate to wear at camp:
Female:
No halter tops or spaghetti straps
Male:
Shirts need to be worn at all times (even during sports activities)
Male or Female:
Shorts need to be mid-thigh or longer
No spandex shorts (i.e. not body hugging)
No bare midriffs (tops must cover stomach/waist)
No clothes advertising drugs, alcohol, or tobacco
No clothing with foul language
No clothing with inappropriate logos or pictures
If any NL YTH or EPC leader or staff member determines that your students’ clothing is not appropriate, they will be asked to change.
-
We always encourage parents to send their students’ prescription medications with the student. It is up to the student to remember to take their medications. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know.
-
EPC does not keep a general Lost & Found. After a group leaves, all items left behind will be discarded. The exception to this is medications, electronics, jewelry, wallets/ID, and keys.
-
New Life Community Church is providing transportation to and from camp this year. Drivers will all be insured and background-checked prior to driving.
-
The cost for camp is $250, with $50 due as a deposit at the time of registration. Full payment is due June 1st.
-
Please email students@nlcc.org if you are in need of financial assistance this year.
